The person behind PulseOS

Hi, I'm Kuno.
I make ideas
into apps.

An independent developer from Rotterdam, building focused tools for the things I care about. Trading, music, food, and a little more structure in everyday life.

Small ideas.
A growing reach.

Every download means someone gave an idea a place on their phone. Thanks for being part of the story.

More ideas. One clear focus.

What started as a single tool for traders has grown into a family of apps. In 2026, I completed my Data Analysis studies with a final grade of 8/10. I then chose a steady job, with a clear priority outside work: building PulseOS. Not just as a collection of apps, but as a brand with its own identity — thoughtful tools, each with a purpose, built by someone who cares about the details.

2025

First app. First spark.

App development always interested me, but traditional programming felt too slow and frustrating. Then I realized — I was already using AI tools every day. Why not combine that with building apps? So I did. I shipped my first app: FX Lotsize Notifier. And I was hooked immediately.

2023

Notion, templates, and building things.

I discovered Notion and instantly loved it. I started building templates and systems — tried selling them online, but that never really took off. Mostly gave them away to friends. Still, something clicked: I genuinely liked creating tools that help people.

2022

Trading got me hooked.

In early 2022 I got into trading and became completely obsessed. Studying charts, strategies, risk management — I was all in. But after a while I realized I couldn't put all my eggs in one basket. I needed more.

Why I keep building
“What drives me is taking an idea that lives in your head and turning it into something real — something other people can actually use, and enjoy.”

Every app in PulseOS started that way. An idea, a problem, and the curiosity to see it through.
